Deliver end-to-end secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman’s office, ensuring seamless operations.
Manage intricate scheduling, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and international travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation).
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Hong Kong.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners such as Internet Services Provider and System Integrator.
Build and maintain productive relationships with referring parties, including Project Management Company and main contractors etc.
Promote a consistent message in the market about our offerings and values.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Taiwan.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and distributors.
Prepare marketing material, support the technical writing and provide product training.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, and coordinate with relevant parties to address customers' technical inquiries.
