•Perform the order-processing in Oracle System.
•Be responsible for following up the customer orders.
•Coordinate with foreign and China suppliers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
•Prepare shipping documents.
•Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner.
•Provide full support to sales team for daily sales activities.
•Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
•Degree holder or above.
•With 1 – 2 years of experience in order processing will be an advantage.
•Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
•Good communication skills.
•Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing is a must.
•Good command of written and spoken English and proficient in Mandarin.
•Fresh graduates will also be considered
