Develop and grow key OEM accounts in the electronic category.
Handle quotations pricing and full order cycle from sample to shipment.
Understand clients’ requirements and long-term goals to develop respective investor relations and public relations strategies.
Prepare relevant communication materials including roadshow and corporate presentations, factsheets, mock QA, press releases, interim and annual reports and website content.
Manage and maintain existing client relationships, focusing on renewals and upselling.
Plan and execute initiatives to grow revenue and improve client experience.
Lead and manage an inbound sales team to achieve daily sales and conversion targets.
Oversee call operations, ensuring efficient workflows and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate product concept, product selection, and specifications, and design follow-up
Support the product development process in terms of time, cost, and quality standards
Oversee the whole production processes and activities, including concrete mixing plant, concrete block machine, packaging system, PLC system and construction waste crushing system
Responsible for the production operations including planning, production, maintenance, troubleshooting, product development and design
Handle full set of I/E, L/C, and banking documentation and all related issues.
Liaise with factories, suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies for shipment planning and ensure on-time delivery.
Identify and approach potential customers and suppliers in Vietnam and Thailand.
Research market trends and electronic components to discover new business opportunities.
Assisting senior auditors in planning, executing, and documenting audit procedures
Verifying daily operation and implementing daily accounting report (journal entries verification, bookkeeping, invoices, etc.)
