Handle shipping and logistics documents
Coordinate between head office and customers in overseas and factories in Mainland China.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes including journal entries, variance analysis, and reporting
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to reconcile inventory variances and maintain accurate stock levels.
Understand clients’ requirements and long-term goals to develop respective investor relations and public relations strategies.
Prepare relevant communication materials, including roadshow and corporate presentations, factsheets, mock QA, press releases, interim and annual reports, and website content.
Assist Project Manager to provide support to Project Team, to manage and supervise the project implementation
Respond to client’s request promptly as key contact point, and report to Project Manager for all project-related issues on accurate and timely basis
Prepare, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Manage SOP documentation under DMS
Developing strategic long term and short term investment plans to meet company’s targets
Monitoring and managing investment portfolios to ensure optimum performance
Manage logistics team and daily operations (customs policies, BOI materials control, local logistics import/ export management, Training development, Compliance, Cargo Insurance);
Ensuring implementation of logistics inbound and outbound management subject to local customs legislation/ regulations and best practice, as set forth by executive management by training teammates and set up procedures to make sure products been shipped out smoothly;
