Develop and lead the Group’s overall marketing and public relations strategies, ensuring effective execution and budget control.
Drive digital marketing efforts, including website, e-shop management, and product photography coordination.
Develop and implement business strategies for home appliances.
Conduct market research for product development and manage monthly PSI.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Deliver end-to-end secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman’s office, ensuring seamless operations.
Manage intricate scheduling, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and international travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation).
Handle shipping and logistics documents
Coordinate between head office and customers in overseas and factories in Mainland China.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes including journal entries, variance analysis, and reporting
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to reconcile inventory variances and maintain accurate stock levels.
