Set up and run in-person or online sales meetings to understand customer needs and showcase our solutions
Assist in handling a full set of company secretarial duties for all private subsidiaries incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions (Cayman Islands, BVI)
Assist in preparing annual returns, minutes/resolutions of the board/shareholder(s) for the group companies
Participate in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
Simulate cyberattacks to test and validate security controls
Review historical purchase and forecast trends, develop statistical models as needed, and monitoring forecast accuracy;
Plan and coordinate activities related to the purchasing handling, control, storage, packaging and delivery of all materials inventory;
