Report to a Sourcing Supervisor.
Handle product development, procurement, and cost control duties.
Perform the audit assignment with teammates.
Participate in the planning and executing of financial, operational, and compliance audits.
Identify potential opportunities for new business in the market.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate & communicate with clients, warehouse, delivery team, and consignees.
Provide office administration support.
Handle AR / AP daily processing and month-end closing tasks.
Prepare monthly managerial and financial reports.
Build & drive sales teams to achieve the sales target.
Develop good relationships with High-Net-Worth clients and close deals.
Assist for the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing (i.e., prepare the journals, reconciliation, monthly management report and Group Reporting)
Assist with annual audit and tax filing
