Running a team to ensure smooth running of office administration for a corporation with over 500 staff, including a large amount of procurement work, contracts negotiation wand vendor performance management
Handle inbound calls, emails to handling customer enquiries, complaints
Prepare reports for management review
Provide 1st tier IT supports to users in Hong Kong
Provide support on server, firewall, and network
Promote company's wide range of medical products to retail customers
Provide excellent customer services to customers and answer customer’s enquiries
To define and communicate corporate accounting guidelines, including chart of accounts, periodic closing schedules as well as reporting requirements
To ensure compliance with internal control procedures in performing day-to-day transactions processing
Monitor and enforce the IP rights, including identifying and addressing potential infringements.
Responsible for company’s sample control.
