JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the retail operation, training, marketing, visual merchandising duties for over 10 stores in Mainland China.
• Provide new ideas and sales improvement plan to senior management.
• Develop CRM strategy and organize event to build up the brand awareness.
• Handle ad-hoc project as request.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above.
• At least 7 years of retail operation management experience.
• Regional and store management experience in Mainland China is required.
• Luxury and fashion industries experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, strong organization and management skill.
• Station in Shanghai.
