JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Supervise the infrastructure team to manage the operations of IT infrastructure systems and provide helpdesk support.
• Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure smoothness and continuity of business core systems.
• Develop and maintain IT operating procedures such as system monitoring, Disaster Recovery Plan, data backup/restore, system migration, user administration and technical support.
• Review and implement cybersecurity policy and measures regularly.
• Liaise with other IT teams and manage vendors for projects, maintenance and support.
• Evaluate the evolving information technology and cybersecurity, and drive implementation of new IT initiatives in line with user needs

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Holder of ITIL/CISSP is an advantage.
• At least 6 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure support and data center operations in which with 2 years in managerial level preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management.
• Proficient knowledge in network, cybersecurity, office automation, Active Directory, M365, MS SQL, SAN storage, Backup, VMware and Fortinet firewall.
• Familiar with SAP BASIS is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and good command of Mandarin.
