JOB DESCRIPTION
Compensation & Benefits Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist in C&B functions including the calculation of monthly payroll, final payment, MPF, Taxation issues and HRIS inputs in a timely and accurate manner
- Support in benefits administration including medical, leave and attendance management
- Maintain attendance & leave records, personnel files and filing system
- Prepare staff cost and payroll related reports
- other ad-hoc duties and project as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of relavant experience, exposure in mixed industry / sizable company is definitely an advantage
- Self-motivated, persistent in problem-solving, with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
