JOB DESCRIPTION

Compensation & Benefits Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in C&B functions including the calculation of monthly payroll, final payment, MPF, Taxation issues and HRIS inputs in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support in benefits administration including medical, leave and attendance management
  • Maintain attendance & leave records, personnel files and filing system
  • Prepare staff cost and payroll related reports
  • other ad-hoc duties and project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of relavant experience, exposure in mixed industry / sizable company is definitely an advantage
  • Self-motivated, persistent in problem-solving, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
