JOB DESCRIPTION

Helpdesk Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Support day to day systems operations or infrastructure
  • Provide support, install and configure of hardware, software, network equipment, e-mail server and office applications
  • Responsible for the troubleshoot of system and network
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
  • Assist in others ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT or others related
  • At least 2-3 years exp. of Helpdesk support role in sizable firm
  • More exp. can be consider as Senior Engineer
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System, M365/O365.
  • Knowledge of administering users and computers via Active Directory.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
