JOB DESCRIPTION
Inside Sales Executive/Account Manager – Cloud Solutions Team
Responsibilities:
- Maintain long term relationship with existing customers by providing support, information and guidance
- Develop new business with existing and potential customers via telephone calls and emails
- Build rapport with customers and understand their business needs
- Responsible to follow up any outstanding issue with clients till closure
- Handle telemarketing activities to achieve business goals and targets
- Provide administration support to Sales Team
- Any other duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- F.5 or above in any discipline
- Min. 1 year relevant experience in telemarketing is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Sales and results-oriented; pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
- A warm, approachable and helpful manner
- Passionate, agile, hardworking, patient and willing to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
