JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st tier IT supports to users in Hong Kong
- Provide support on server, firewall, and network
- Work with branch offices in ShenZhen and Thailand for ad hoc IT project
- Support cloud infrastructure project
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in IT support
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Immediate available will be an advantage
