JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior / Customer Service Officer (Insurance, Non Sales Role)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails to handling customer enquiries, complaints
- Prepare reports for management review
Requirements:
- Diploma holder, and holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2, or 3
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in IT support
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Customer oriented characteristic
- Immediate available will be an advantage
