JOB DESCRIPTION

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administrative duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, business cards, invoice checking, etc.
  • Perform receptionist  e.g. answering phone calls, greeting visitors, mailing & arranging courier service, etc.
  • Handle and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance of office systems and equipment procurement.
  • Ad-hoc projects

Requirements: 

  • F.5 above
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in reception, customer service or office administration
  • Good telephone manners and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Pleasant, friendly and customer oriented
  • With experience in Sizable company is highly preferable
