JOB DESCRIPTION
After-Sales Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer services team and provide the after-sales services to local corporate customers.
- Manage the warehouse staff and monitor the stock level of spare parts.
- Liaise with the factory regarding technical issues.
- Prepare the sales forecast and annual budgeting issue.
Requirements:
- Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in after-sales service management, stock control experience is preferable.
- Familiar with mechanical / electronic parts is highly preferable.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
