JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and corporate customers’ enquiries and complaints.
• Report customers’ behavior and feedback to management.

Requirements:

• 1-year experience in customer service is highly preferred but not a must.
• Good communication skill and problem-solving skills.
• Native in Cantonese, and good command of English
