Senior Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails about enquiries and complaints
- Prepare reports for management review
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with IIQE Paper 1, 3, or 5
- Min. 3 years’ experience in customer service in life products
- Good in communication skills and be a pleasant person
- Good command of English and Mandarin
