JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Manage group-wide insurance programs (property, casualty, workers’ compensation).
• Handle policy placement, renewal, and claims administration through broker negotiations and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct compliance assessments for vendors and internal coverage needs.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies through employee training and safety initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end insurance operations including policy reviews and ad-hoc risk management tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional insurance qualifications such as ANZII or ACII.
• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization.
• Proficient in handling corporate insurance programs, with strong analytical and business skills.
• Skilled in property, casualty and group medical schemes, with experience in claims and legal liability interpretation.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
