Reporting to the Team Head of the Human Resources Services Team, the job holder will act as the HR business partner of department managers to provide professional HR services, including but not limited to talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, succession planning, etc., as well as participating in different HR projects and initiatives.
Act as the key point of contact for designated departments, collaborate with department managers to support business objectives, managing the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development, and exit management, etc.
