Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
Follow up bulk orders and work close with production/ product development/ logistic/ compliance team to ensure product quality and on-time/ efficient delivery schedule
Maintain and update the cost in the freight management system by verifying freight/warehouse invoices from 3PL to ensure accuracy and timely manner, and also create shipment cost for the payments of each shipment as well as upload the invoices in system for financial purpose
Participant in pre-sales cycle, including customer meeting, user requirement study, business analysis, presentation, demonstration and the bidding phases.
Provides technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
