JOB DESCRIPTION

After-Sales Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer services team and provide the after-sales services to local corporate customers.
  • Manage the warehouse staff and monitor the stock level of spare parts.
  • Liaise with the factory regarding technical issues.
  • Prepare the sales forecast and annual budgeting issue.

Requirements:

  • Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in after-sales service management, stock control experience is preferable.
  • Familiar with mechanical / electronic parts is highly preferable.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
