JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal controls under U.S. GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with SOX 404 requirements.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management and the audit committee.
• Mentor and train junior auditors in audit methodologies and best practices.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualified is preferable.
• Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience, focusing on U.S. taxation and SOX compliance.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations and SOX 404 requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work and deadlines.
