JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Board of Directors
• Manage the Finance and Accounting Teams in China to ensure all the reports, data are in handled properly
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, cash and funds flow statements
• Establish and evaluate business goals and objectives
• Handle all the statutory reports and liaison with external auditors
• Review work-flow and improve the effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with ACCA or CPA, with Big 4 experience is an advantage
• Min. 15 years relevant working experience, with experience in manufacturing environment and MNC culture
• Ability to continuously improve team’s skills and performance
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
