JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service & Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Make courtesy call to customer to introduce the products and services.
- Assist the marketing activities to increase the brand awareness.
- Design and provide the product training material.
- Handle the ad hoc project upon request.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above.
- At least 2 years of experience as customer service, sales or marketing role.
- Experience in financial or IT industry is highly preferable.
- Basic financial knowledge and good computer skill are required.
- Native Cantonese speaker. Good command of English and Mandarin.
