JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial and accounting team to manage the entire spectrum of the financial and accounting functions including financial planning, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, reporting and control of the business operations
• Ensure the accounting data is properly classified, recorded, reported and analysed on a timely basis by the team
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, variance analyse, cash and funds flow statements and also be responsible for tax planning
• Participate in the establishment of Operational goals and objectives including planning for their achievement, assessing progress and advice to management
• Responsible for all statutory reporting and liaison with external auditors
• Administer as an Internal Audit to ensure compliance with all tax and legal requirements as well as internal policies
• Oversee the daily operations of IT, Customs Affairs team

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with Qualified Accountant qualifications from HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ managerial experience in manufacturing environments in China, experience in EMS is an advantage
• At least 5 years’ managerial experience
• Well-organized with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin
