JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales and Raw Material teams to identify market and customer needs.
• Plan new development timelines and communicate effectively with different departments.
• Follow up on the entire workflow of the development process, from initial design to sampling.
• Maintain and organize all new developments and archives systematically
• Present design concepts and developments to both internal teams and external customers.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

– Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or a related discipline
– At least 3-5 years of solid experience in fashion / garment accessories design
– Experience in the US/EU market or China market is an advantage
