JOB DESCRIPTION
Helpdesk Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Support day to day systems operations or infrastructure
- Provide support, install and configure of hardware, software, network equipment, e-mail server and office applications
- Responsible for the troubleshoot of system and network
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
- Assist in others ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT or others related
- At least 2-3 years exp. of Helpdesk support role in sizable firm
- More exp. can be consider as Senior Engineer
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System, M365/O365.
- Knowledge of administering users and computers via Active Directory.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
