JOB DESCRIPTION
HR & Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administrative duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, business cards, invoice checking, etc.
- Supervise 3 cleaners, office and apartment management .
- Handle and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance of office systems and equipment procurement.
- Ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 3 years of relevant experience in a sizable company.
- Good telephone manners and communication skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate available will be an advantage.
