JOB DESCRIPTION

HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administrative duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, business cards, invoice checking, etc.
  • Supervise 3 cleaners, office and apartment management .
  • Handle and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance of office systems and equipment procurement.
  • Ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 3 years of relevant experience in a sizable company.
  • Good telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available will be an advantage.
