JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside Sales Executive/Account Manager – Cloud Solutions Team

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain long term relationship with existing customers by providing support, information and guidance
  • Develop new business with existing and potential customers via telephone calls and emails
  • Build rapport with customers and understand their business needs
  • Responsible to follow up any outstanding issue with clients till closure
  • Handle telemarketing activities to achieve business goals and targets
  • Provide administration support to Sales Team
  • Any other duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above in any discipline
  • Min. 1 year relevant experience in telemarketing is highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Sales and results-oriented; pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
  • A warm, approachable and helpful manner
  • Passionate, agile, hardworking, patient and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
