JOB DESCRIPTION

IT Helpdesk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support to users on all hardware, and software.
  • Assist in installing hardware and software and maintaining the system, server, network, and virtualization platform.
  • Support and troubleshoot in audio/video conferences.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows 10/11, MS 365, or Office 2019 solutions
  • Basic knowledge in Server, VMware and LAN / WAN, and inter-networking equipment.
