JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Offer multiple solutions, platforms, and services to self-trading customers to align with their preferences and enhance their overall experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Stay informed about global financial news, and effectively communicate financial and company’s products and services to customers in Asia Pacific.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, major in Economics or Finance is preferred.
• Financial knowledge and client serving experience is preferable.
• Assertive and independent with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin are MUST.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, on-the-job training will be provided.
