JOB DESCRIPTION
Machinery Service Manager (Aftersales)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer services team and provide after-sales services to local corporate customers.
- Manage the warehouse staff and monitor the stock level of spare parts.
- Liaise with the factory regarding technical issues.
- Prepare the sales forecast and annual budgeting issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- At least 6 years of related aftersales machinery service experience, stock control experience is preferable.
- Familiar with mechanical/electronic parts.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
