JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Handle the purchasing order, sampling and quotation.
• Follow up orders with the factory, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Keep the relationship with customers in Japan market.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Qualification or ability of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 level
• At least 2 years of merchandising / order follow up experience of sundries products (gift and premium, home decoration, seasonal, toys or paper products, etc.)
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Japanese
• Candidates with more experience can be considered as title of Senior Merchandiser
