JOB DESCRIPTION
Pre-Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide Pre-sales support to Sales Team (Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, Unified Communication, ioT)
- Cooperate with Sales and Engineering for Demo setup
- Understand the needs from customers and provide solutions to customers
- Work with Project Team for after order confirmation
Requirements:
- Diploma or above Information Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, IT Support
- Good in communication, and customer oriented minded
