JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a quality team and responsible for implementing quality assurance policies and monitoring the testing and inspection of PCB.
• Sustain the quality systems of IATF 16949 and ISO 9000.
• Ensure to meet the compliance and industry regulatory requirements.
• Handle the customer complaints and provide technical support to customers.
• Business travel to China or overseas is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of related quality management experience in manufacturing industry, PCB work experience is highly preferred.
• Understanding of PCB design, fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a QA team.
• Good command of both written and spoken English
