JOB DESCRIPTION
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administrative duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, business cards, invoice checking, etc.
- Perform receptionist e.g. answering phone calls, greeting visitors, mailing & arranging courier service, etc.
- Handle and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance of office systems and equipment procurement.
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- F.5 above
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in reception, customer service or office administration
- Good telephone manners and communication skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Pleasant, friendly and customer oriented
- With experience in Sizable company is highly preferable
