JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provide research support to consultants and understand the ever-changing industry landscape
- Responsible for sourcing junior to middle-level talents across different channels
- Utilize networking, and social media to build your candidate database.
- Maintain and constantly update candidate database
- Interview and liaise with candidates to determine their personal strengths and job requirements
- Become an expert in the current market/industry trends relating to the industry or job function
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in CS, Sales, or Consultative Sales related industry would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- A result-driven self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- A person with a heart of gold
