JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales and Licensing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with licensees and team members in China in understanding and updating licensing projects
- Responsible for order processing and documentation between licensees and overseas office
- Perform monthly sales analysis, data consolidations and maintenance, reports and regular license business reviews
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
- Order placement and sales contracts processing by internal system; and shipment follow up with overseas office
- Filing system and internal database updating and maintenance
- Visit and deal with customers
- Coordinate with other departments for daily operation
Requirement:
- Degree holder in any discipline with at least 3 years working experience in related position preferably in an international organization environment but not a must
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Strong data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to handle multitask and work in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented, well organized, proactive and willing to work in a small team
