JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Taiwan.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Provide expert advice and technical support to clients, helping them select the right products and solutions for their projects.
• Collaborate with the regional and global teams to align market strategies and ensure effective product positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction tools, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
• Willingness to travel within Taiwan as needed.
