Senior Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails about enquiries and complaints
  • Prepare reports for management review

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with IIQE Paper 1, 3, or 5
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in customer service in life products
  • Good in communication skills and be a pleasant person
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
