JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the planning of renovation and new store projects.
• Work closely with internal users and external consultants to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of fitting-out projects.
• Assist in supervising and monitoring contractors during renovation projects.
• Oversee concept design, schematic design, detailed design, tender documents, and construction documentation.
   

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling renovation projects.
• Experience with retail building renovation projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with FEHD licensing applications is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
