JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsiblities:

• Define production planning with airlines / brands. Maintain relationship with Key suppliers and keep track of production plan adherence / reliability. Support new projects / launches / rotation changes with product order schedule
• Monitor product availability and daily operational activities; proactively anticipate, identify shortages and stocks excess risks.
• Monitor target stock levels for each product / airline with expected service level.
• Support slow moving stock and initiate actions to remove and prevent recreation of slow-moving stock.
• Provide input and intelligence of inventory projection for inventory budgeting.
• Participate in Planning Process and Tool improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain or Equivalent
• 5 years or more experience in supply chain or/and demand planning function, less experience will be considered as officer
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
• Skill to build strong relationships across functions and levels
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategy and brand positioning
• Proficient of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Efficent Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups etc.)
