JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general shipping document control and handling full set of I/E, L/C and banking Liaise with suppliers. forwarders, customers and internal departments on shipments to ensure on time delivery.
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents independently.
• Arrange Domestic, Import and Export shipment and prepare related documentations.
• Monitor shipment status to ensure on time delivery.
• Prepare green documents upload.
• Perform ad-hoc assignment assigned by department head.
• Trace lost shipments and/or customers claims for lost shipments, initiates proof of delivery documents.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
• 4-5 years shipping experience and familiar in preferably in toys and garment industry at trading office is preferable.
• Experience in dealing with the factory and forwarding agent.
• Familiar with L/C stipulations, Tradelink I/E declaration & HKGCC WebCO.
• Reasonable English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Good PC skills and MS Excel, experience in SAP.
