Reporting to the Team Head of the Human Resources Services Team, the job holder will act as the HR business partner of department managers to provide professional HR services, including but not limited to talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, succession planning, etc., as well as participating in different HR projects and initiatives.
Act as the key point of contact for designated departments, collaborate with department managers to support business objectives, managing the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development, and exit management, etc.

Develop new luxury brand customers in providing total supply chain solutions
Prepare proposal and RFQ documents
Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal controls under U.S. GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with SOX 404 requirements.
Responsible for the quality management of suppliers.
Develop quality assurance plan, inspection standard, plan and execute finished product inspection.
Assist the Manager in scheduling meeting and secretarial support
Prepare reports in PowerPoint and Excel format
Make courtesy call to customer to introduce the products and services.
Assist the marketing activities to increase the brand awareness.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Provide project coordination support and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure the successful completion of furniture installations
Liaise with the client and sales team to plan the overall installation schedule and handover process
Provide research support to consultants and understand the ever-changing industry landscape
Responsible for sourcing junior to middle-level talents across different channels
Responsible for daily routine billing activities for all customers in APAC region
Ensure all invoices are billed accurately and on time.
